Yes it could be the day that Sam Warburton decides to play his rugby in France, and most probably will.
Meanwhile Roger Lewis & Co, conspire to see the end of the game as we know it.
JD2, Ian Evans = gone! Where the hell is the measly £1 million that Roger so publicly announced at the start of the season?
The regions have been throwing money away for 10 years and now it's come back to tear the game to shreds, who said that "money men" know how to look after it?

Meanwhile in Ireland ticket sales for the clash between Leinster and Northampton have passed the 42,000 mark!
Will Welsh rugby ever achieve that sort of support for a club or region?

42000 !!!!! If we ever got tickets sales anywhere near that figure where would the game be played. Is Roger Lewis likely to make the M.S. available now to any of the Regions ? He would probably turn round and say ' sorry guys stadium is being used for the Newport County v Accrington Stanley game. '
I don't read the Western Mail these days - can't afford it - but is there a public outcry going on in Wales about what is happening in Welsh Rugby ? I have not heard of any bitter resentment to equal what us guys are generating. It makes me feel that a big proportion of Welsh rugby support concentrates more on the alcohol than what happens on the pitch !

Newport County V Accrington Stanley..............now that's a huge game!
I no longer buy the WM fter a lifetime of reading, just can't stand the main reporter for rugby on that paper.
To me too many fans are just bemused by all the shenannigans, they just can't understand HOW top men at the regions and WRU could have got themselves into such a mess.
Some don't believe that the mess were in is going to end up as bad as it potentially can, but to me it's the potential for disaster that ought to be addressing all those who sift and shake in Welsh rugby. They're not and I despair.

Looks as though it's all over, after two hours, Thats TWO HOURS, they failed to agree anything and went their seperate ways talking about meeting again, but in my experience meetings that drag on usually end up with some sort of agreement, while those that break up quickly do so because they have no common ground.
I despair.

At last the RFU has gotten off the fence and come down in support of a pan European competition and distancing themselves from a Welsh - English league.
More pressure to bear ?

I do believe that the present rift between the WRU and the regions may be too big to close given the present characters doing the dealing.
For things to change it will surely take a monumental shift of attitude or circumstances or personnel.

But latest news on players is more worrying, here is the breaking news from The Rugby Paper.........http://www.therugbypaper.co.uk/latest-breaking-news/12987/leigh-halfpenny-decides-on-french-jackpot/
Meanwhile Munster have confirmed that Robin Copeland ( who?) ex regular with the Blues has agreed a big del to join Munster, while Conor Murray has signed a new deal turning down a very lucrative offer from Toulouse. Ireland doing what we're not.
AWJ looks set now to sign for Racing Metro, Adam Jones is linked with Bath and Hibbard with Wasps and Gloucester.
Where will Warburton end up?

Re: 11th December 2013
Been speaking to some Ospreys fans today and they are all of one mind, none will be at tonight's game.
I'm aware that because there is nothing riding on the game that will influence some, also the CRAZY KO time of 8PM will influence others, but watch the "gate" figures for tonight's game. The Ospreys have 5,400 season ticket holders IF they dont get even that figure then many will have stayed away.
It's the only way that we can make the "powers that be" listen.
